£4,700 Per Month In Passive Income

I want to share with you a quick and easy way to get started with an online business.

This could easily make you more than enough money each month to cover all of your living costs.

But if at the very least it pays for one bill… that is one bill less to worry about.

It may not make money right away, but it is one that will grow and can become incredibly profitable.

I touched upon it recently in another article where I shared with you the story of the 20-year-old who was now earning £4,700 per month in passive income from a website dedicated to ‘fishing’ that he set up for less than £400!

What I am about to share with you now is similar… and slightly different.

What you will need:

  1. A blog-style website (like this one) where you can post stuff over time.
  2. An email list manager so people can subscribe.
  3. Products to sell (affiliate offers are easiest).
  4. Content (which you will write).

It requires picking a subject that you enjoy or know well (or want to be involved in), and start a blog-style website focusing on that subject alone.

Picking a subject that you enjoy or know well makes it easier to research, and is more fun to work on.

The idea is that you write and post content regularly to the website, grow an email list, and promote products to the people who visit and join your email list.

It’s easier than you may think.

A website can cost as little as £100 for two years, and an email list manager can be free until you hit a specific number.

This is an incredibly cheap business to start and it can be incredibly profitable.

You start at step 3 by researching what products people want to buy and what products are selling well. These can be affiliate products so you don’t need to panic thinking that you need to make products, although that would be a good idea for later.

The goal is to find 12 different products so that you can promote one product each month.

Next, you create the content.

The good news is that you don’t have to write an endless amount of content for this to work. Ideally, you want just one year’s worth of evergreen content that you will loop.

If you cannot create daily content, try and publish two or three times each week. The purpose of this is to be consistent enough to condition visitors to know they can come back for more fresh content regularly.

This content is loaded onto your website; you then send emails to your growing email list informing them of the new content.

Both the articles on the website and the emails have a section for an advert to promote whichever product you are promoting that week.

You can send individual emails to promote specific products too.

The idea here is to loop the content so that you can reduce the constant need to keep creating new content.

You can add new content if you wish, but once you have a year’s worth of content; you could move onto another website and start a new income stream.

You may think that you need a ton of content, but that is not actually true…

3 articles a week is 156.

You will need one email per article giving you a total of 156 emails too.

Depending on your niche, you could get away with doing just one article a week (as long as they are full of useful information).

Or…

You could do 3 articles per week for 3 or 6 months, and then simply loop them.

And by loop I mean when you have sent the email to your list pointing people to the last article, you start again from the beginning.

So, if you do a full year, once email 156 has been sent sending people to article 156, you start again at article and email number 1.

If you do just 78 articles and emails, as soon as email 78 has been sent directing people to article 78, you go back to the beginning and start again with email and article number 1.

You don’t need to keep creating new content; you can simply reuse and recycle what you have already created.

Yes, you can add a new piece of content now and then, but it doesn’t need to be every week once the websites is established.

It may sound like a lot of work, but it really isn’t.

I mentioned about the 20-year-old who was now making £4,700 per month in passive income, you could be doing the same.

It took him a year to get his website up to the point that he is now making that money passively each month.

As with everything, it is all about good planning, and sticking to the plan.

This is a low level business model that is simple to implement, can be set-and-forget, and can be replicated easily creating several passive income streams.

Oh, and a profitable website business can be sold for up to 10 times its annual revenue.
