Two Ways To Make Money Starting Today Requiring Little To No Skills

I want to follow on from the previous article where I shared with you the advice from an Instagram ‘influencer’ who suggested that you sell items on eBay to make some extra money to cover the increasing monthly bills.

He suggested that you got into a routine of adding two items to eBay each day and aiming to make £3 profit on each item.

At the end of a 30 day period you would have earned £180 which would be incredibly useful to most people, especially with these sky rocketing living costs.

Now I am not personally suggesting that you list two items on eBay each day for just £6 profit, if you want to… or have no other option then yes, give it a go, but there are a lot of other ways to earn extra money to help cover any increasing living costs.

Many of which require less work than selling on eBay… and they don’t necessarily require specific skills or knowledge.

Here are a two more incredibly simple ways to make money which you can start today which require little to no skills.

Writing

A simple and easy way to make money is to write articles for people via market places such as Fiverr or Upwork.

Writing a 300-500 word article requires very little work other than the writing itself and then sending the finished work to the client… and you do not need to have any specific writing skills or qualifications either to become a well paid content writer.

You could have one 300-500 word article written in the same time it takes to list one product on eBay and there is no product to package or take to the post office.

You could write two articles through Fiverr, earn £8+ (minimum price is £5, Fiverr takes £1 and you get £4) without any of the other work which comes with selling on eBay.

If you are half decent at writing you could charge more per article. Just this morning I read about a woman who made £5,904 at time of writing in her first month as a freelance writer.

I can tell you now that she wasn’t making just £4 per article.

She would have needed to have written an astronomical 1,476 articles in that month if she was only earning £4 per article!

There is no way that she could have done that because she was doing her freelance work in her spare time. She was working as a freelance writer around her full time job.

She would have been making several hundred pounds per piece of written content.

She is a professional writer and found a few great clients who wanted full content packages. From what I can see, she found her clients by starting on Fiverr.

With over 1.93 billion websites online, there are literally millions of websites needing new articles so there are more than enough writing opportunities out there to make some extra money.

You may not make several hundred pounds per article…yet, but you could make several hundred pounds writing a handful. That’ll be a lot better than faffing around selling cheap products on eBay.

Having a writing routine, and developing a writing habit and a system will help you to maximise profits and lessen the effort you put in.

Websites

Another way to make money which doesn’t take a lot of hard work is building websites which you sell on for a profit.

I recently came across a guy who was building ten websites a month and then selling them for £200 apiece.

Those websites took around an hour to build as he was using the WordPress system which is an incredibly simple way of building websites.

He would add a few pieces of content to them and then list them on a website dedicated to buying and selling websites. It’s all relatively easy really.

Andi our techy guy compares it to when he previously worked in the building trade, building a website is far easier than building a house and doing jobs like fitting doors, windows, skirting boards etc.

There’s no heavy lifting, no struggling in tight spaces, no expensive tools to buy and lock away from thieves and no splinters or injuries.

Occasionally Andi may experience a little frustration when there is a technical issue, but other than that, building a basic website is a doddle once you know how.

Is that something you should consider?

Life might be getting harder here in the UK, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t ways to make the money you need.

There are many ways to make extra money which do not require a lot of hard physical work or you to spend a lot of time working.

Also, in case you were wondering, a lot of the clients and customers are from other parts of the world where they are not struggling the same as we are here so there is no shortage of people to work for or sell to.
